Return & Cancellation Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Here's everything you need to know about returns and cancellations.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- If the delivered product is broken or damaged.
- If there is a mistake or mismatch with the product you ordered.
Note: You must check the product in front of the delivery man (otherwise the complaint will not be accepted).
- To cancel an order without any charges, you must notify us before 5:00 PM (Bangladesh Standard Time) on the same day the order was placed.
- If you wish to cancel the order after the product has reached your area or when the delivery person calls you after arriving at your house/location, a cancellation fee will be applicable.
Cancellation fee: 80 BDT within Dhaka city, 130 BDT for Dhaka sub-urban areas, and 150 BDT outside Dhaka.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- You will receive the refund through your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds will not be applicable for products that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition.
- Refund requests must be made in front of the delivery man at the time of receiving the parcel.
- Relevant details must be provided for refunds, such as order number, order date, mobile number, and payment method.
- After receiving the parcel from the delivery man, you must make an unboxing video (it must be from the beginning and uncut). If you find that your product is broken or damaged, you may get a replacement or refund according to our rules.
- The packaging must be intact (if the product's poly wrap is opened, it won't be eligible).
- The product must be new, intact, and definitely have its seal.
- All items must be included with the product (e.g., product box, labeling packets).
- Beauty products must be unopened and unused.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless due to our error.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment method.
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
